When we think of energy as it pertains to metaphysics we often think of chakras, the seven primary centre's of light that assist our physical form to experience higher levels of vibration. Amplifying the chakras can also awaken/amplify psychic abilities as well as attune the mind to more spiritual frequencies. There is yet another way to increase the body's vibrations; amplifying the aura. You will find the following techniques  invalubale and surprisingly easy.

There are two primary levels of the aura, the electro-magnetic field that surrounds your body. The first primary level is the etheric aura, which is located approximately one inch from the body. The other primary level is the mental/emotional aura which is located about one foot from the body. There is an old axiom that states, "As above, so below", which can also translate to, "As within, so without." This simply means that the world around you is a reflection of the world within you and vice versa. When the aura is weak, you will not be at your physical best. There are many things that can contribute to a weakened aura such as listening to negative words, being around others who are angry or sad, etc. When we are subjected to these things, and there's no real way to escape them, the electro-magnetic field surrounding the body gets damaged and if it's left unattended we will eventually experience weakened physical states such as colds, headaches, and clumsiness.

Whenever you are surrounded by what you feel to be negativity, simply extend your dominant hand at a comfortable position from the body and 'draw' the figure 8 (the infinity symbol) in the air. Draw it fluidly over and over for about 60 seconds. By doing this you are healing/sealing any bruises or laserasions in your aura brought on by the negativity and you will feel physically and mentally more sound almost immediately. If you work in an office or are surrounded by people, and you don't want to draw unwanted attention to yourself, take a pen and draw the figure 8/infinity symbol on a piece of paper in the same manner.
